    Deploy classified volume counts, turning movement counts, pedestrian surveys, speed studies and O-D intercept surveys. ANPR and video analytics where appropriate.

    Base Model Build & Calibration

    Network coding in VISSIM/Aimsun, calibration against observed volumes and journey times to within IRC/TRL acceptance criteria (GEH < 5 on all major links).

  3. 03

    Demand Forecasting

    Trip generation using ITE rates or site-specific surveys, distribution using gravity models, assignment using Wardrop equilibrium — future year forecasts for 5, 10 and 20 year horizons.

  4. 04

    Impact Assessment & Mitigation

    Level-of-service analysis at all study junctions; identification of adverse impacts; design of junction improvements, signal upgrades, new links or access changes to restore capacity.

    Road Safety Audit

    Independent RSA by qualified auditors at Stage 1 (feasibility), Stage 2 (preliminary design), Stage 3 (detailed design) and Stage 4 (pre-opening) per IRC:SP:88 requirements.
